Foggy Jack, from We Happy Few.
"We've come to the end of our time!" says Foggy Jack. Unseen throughout the main game, Foggy Jack is rumoured to be a real killer who hunts those in the dark of the night. His existence is confirmed visually by his appearance in Lightbearer, acting as the antagonist of the DLC who killed Nick Lightbearer's Ex-Manager, Virgil. Interestingly, he bears a resemblance to Dr. Anton Verloc, but sounds just like the Jack Worthing we all know and love on TV.
Well, hey, I'm pretty proud of this one actually! The clothing, chrome-silver mask and expression are pretty much done to my satisfaction. The only gripe I have is parts of the hairstyle but, for the most part I made the skin I was after.
