Powers: she is very persuasive 
If she's so feminist, why is she wearing a bra: It's not actually the kind of objectifying bra you see most female superheros wearing, it's like a crop top, the kind worn to the gym. She's wearing it to prove that she can do whatever she wants, regardless that she is female. Plus, she overheated in her spandex.
