This is Ganondorf the Gerudo king. He's the main antagonist in the Legend of Zelda series and he posseses the Tri- force of Power imbued with the essence of the Goddess Din. He's a mighty warlock who has the ability to turn into a giant half man, half boar beast. He was originally introduced to the series as his beast form Ganon, it was eventually revealed in A Link to the Past that he was once human. However his human form was never shown until Ocarina of Time.
