The ghille is nice, but try to add a bit more information about where you're referencing it from. Like which game for example.

As for the skin itself, you may increase your chances by opting to use the hat layer as well, perhaps to make it more of a hood of the ghille suit, rather than just flat to the head. or radio gear, or nightvision goggles etc..
