Yeah, he is part transparent, so only what you see there appears, if that is what you're asking.

I'm really sorry about that, it works fine in my game. Did you manually install as char.png in a texturepack or the minecraft.jar?

That's weird... try replacing the char.png in the texture pack you use with the skin, and rename the skin "char.png."

Even if that works (and no, I wouldn't try), only YOU would see that skin. Everyone else on your server will see whatever skin you uploaded via the Minecraft site.

There is no way to get this transparent.
He just write this to get more downloads from useres they think it works!
But it looks nice ;)

I can't get over how many people actually think transparent skins work..... and they'll download them time and time again thinking "OMG THIS I GUNNA BE SEE THRU AND ALL MY FRIENDS WILL THINK IM KEWL LOL!"

But in Sean's defense, this concept would be awesome... if it wasn't just an impossible gimmick.
