Nice skin. I like the red/pink glow in his face. However, I think you should do more to make the rest of his body more interesting. Right now it is basically just noise and no shading. Also, the bottom of the outer head texture looks backwards, which makes the jaw incorrect. It looks like you are using MCSkinEdit, which has a bug where all "bottom" textures are reversed, so what looks right in MCSkinEdit is not actually correct.
