I always like having a Halloween skin for my current skin so i thought i would make a new one since I've been using this skin for a while. Feel free to use as a base as long as you link my page in the credits and in the comments.

Im a big skindex guy, been using it for around a decade. Though Ever since its been down PMCs skin creator has been a real life saver and, its better honestly. Im thinking of making the permanent switch here and posting some of my old skins. If anyone is interested let me know :)
