I have recently played a game of Hearts of Iron 4 on the USA States mod. I played as fascist Illinois, or the Illinois Empire, and have created somewhat of a head-canon for the world. This is my skin for the generic portrait I got for one of the cabinet members. Matthew Jones is the youngest and favorite of the emperor's advisors, and is the nephew of Propaganda Minister Jonas Jones. It is widely thought that he will be chosen to succeed the emperor when he dies. He wears the customary party uniform that all advisors wear unless they are in the Navy or Secret Police.
