Yup. This is the Headcrab Zombie from Half-Life 2. Apparently one of their audio clips says "GOD HELP, HELP ME!" if it's played backwards. Creepy nonetheless.
This is definitely the bloodiest skin I've ever made. The headcrab was surprisingly easy, though I did make the legs of it smaller than they should be. Sorry about that.
