Note: this is NOT a recreation of the exact skin used in the series, this is just my style of the character.
The Blue Steve from the Steve Legends trailer.
We still don't have an idea of where he will appear in Steve Legends, but some have theories.
The Blue Steve, some say that he will become Void Steve at some point as seen in Rainbow Quest, since Void Steve was the first hero, a Blue Steve.
In this particular part of the series, I imagine this Blue Steve to be an adventurous, generous being, the flowers on his head and belt were given to him by the Indigo Steves back in the Middle World, to represent his spirit and loyalty. Since Blue Steves represent spirit.
