My first attempt at anything other than a simple recoloring ^u^

Here we have my take on Ireland, the fanmade Hetalia character. I will most definitely be changing him up a little soon, so no worries that he's rather simple. I just wanted to create something, and this is what came out. I may work on shading soon.
