If any of you are unfamiliar with what HFPBL is, its pretty much an unofficial PBL skin challenge Allergy_Man and Irish set up containing 16 participants. Like PBL, the participants are required to make a skin with the palette given, and post the skin under a certain due date. However, HFPBL adds a little twist to it by allowing the competitors to add 3 colors of your own choice to that palette.
