I believe that is Mercedes, Queen of the Elves from Elluel. Shes one of the 5 heroes that battled the Black Mage (who if i am correct, was once Luminous' teacher :O ) . She, along with the other 3 heroes (because apparently, Freud died D: and Afrien is unable to move thanks to that ice curse) were frozen (funny, when you play Aran it says the heroes are frozen by a curse from the Black Mage and forget their memories but apparently that only happens to Aran lol). Then 2 of the heroes are blasted away(Aran who ends up in Rien and Luminous who ends up somewhere in Elinia where Lania finds him and apparently Luminous starts to like her (play luminous and youll see :D )) while Mercedes had fleed back to her village/town, Elluel where she finds her town already starting to freeze up a little. Mercedes will then talk to The Three Elders, Danika first who is the first of the Three Elders to freeze as she is the youngest of the Three (somewhere about 500 years old oh MAN!), then talks to Astilda who freezes second since she may be more powerful than Danika but she IS the eldest of the 3 and then last Philius who is the strongest of the Three. Phantom had retreated back to his ship Lumiere (or Crystal Gardens, depends on if you play KMS where its called Crystal Gardens or GMS where its called Lumiere) and if im correct, somehow the WHOLE ENTIRE Lumiere/Crystal Gardens depending on if you play KMS where its called Crystal Gardens or GMS where its called Lumiere is frozen along with him including all the people on his ship (his butler, his captain, the merchant, the weapon seller, the information gatherers and his maids) :D no problem
