Soo the (Basic) story for this is that this is pretty far in the future, not an exact number but enough for space travel, and this little astronaut and their boo live in separated ships orbiting around Earth. To try to contact them, the astronaut got the idea to fill tubes in their space-suit with a fluorescent neon liquid, and go out into space so they could see them.

This isn't SUPER neon but meh... I guess it counts??
