My entry for the Arctic Creatures Skin Contest.
Far in the north squids have become more intelligent than other squids. They are far more clever than any other squids. They wear armor which seems to be made out of ice and they are deadly warriors, who often use spears or their tentacles.

They build temples to honour their squid god, a giant squid, able to tear massive ships apart in minutes.
Amongst their diet are fish(even great white sharks), whales, seals and other, more uncivilised squids in rare cases.
