biome: frozen river

backstory: Neve had grown up in the snowy hills around her village. She was quite familiar with the feeling of the everlasting frost. One day, Neve went out fishing with her siblings. They went to the nearby river in hopes of bringing back a seafood feast. All was well until an unexpected snow storm hit. In the craze, Neve fell into the river, unable to save herself due to the shocking cold. In the end, Neve lay in the icy water, forever frozen in time.
