Inmate #47

Police Reports say that November 13,1998 through March 8, 1999 there where murders showing up around the town. The murderer is now in Las Vegas Prison for Men. He has no alias, Guards from the prison just call him Inmate #47 is "6'7 and we believe has a disease called Ichthyosis Vulgaris, It causes the victim's skin to become scaly but keep the same color as there skin but Inmate #47 has Blue scaly skin? Also Inmate #47 has no pupils in both of his eyes and Inmate #47 has horns on both sides of his head, we believe that Inmate #47 put them on his head for intimidation,but when he was caught we tried to take them off his head because that would count as a weaponbut when we took X-Rays of his head it showed that they where attached to his head... but when all of the Inmates go to sleep Guards hear from Inmate #47's they hear lines from Mark-4:58 through Mark-4:72, we went to the Priest of the Jail and he said those lines where from a preacher from the street saying That the devil is going to take some peoples lives, Unfortunately in the chapter of Job his family was striking down by the devil and he lost all of his family, The most chilling thing is that when the Devil took Job's family, he struck all Ten of them and we looked through all of Inmate #47's files and it says that when he was on his killing frenzy in a total of all the people he killed November 13,1998 through March 8, 1999 was a total of Ten...
