ISET Explorer [Deep Space Contest Submission!]

Out into the deep depths of space, where no man has gone before. That is the mission of ISET (International Space Exploration Taskforce), to discover worlds beyond human imagination across space. This explorer may one day discover things that will change the human race’s view on the universe forever, but for now he can only dream of what he will find.


The ISET explorer is issued a orange spacesuit, and a lightweight web gear. The gear consists of one small external oxygen tank, and one larger external oxygen on the back. It has two ammunition pouches used for, obviously, storing ammunition. At the front is a device allowing the wearer to regulate the suit temperature using complex heating and cooling systems. The suit, despite being very minimalistic is quite durable, built to resist most damage caused by sharp objects and the elements. By 2308, the ISET plan to upgrade this, by adding more body armor to the suit, due to unforeseen circumstances.
