Isn't that Richard, with the Rooster Mask?

"Jacket" is most often shown with the Pig Mask, Richard wears the same thing but the Rooster Mask.

Jacket is the guy who wears all masks. The Pig Mask is Aubrey, but the name of the character is still Jacket. Richard is the name of the mask, not the person. So when you use a mask the character is still named Jacket (well not really, but the fan community named him Jacket), the mask doesn't change who he is underneath.
