Jacket

I felt inspired to create a skin based off Jacket, from Hotline Miami 1 ! (He's also in the sequel but not as a playable character).
I've seen a lot of versions of him everywhere and thought I'd give it a shot, as I absolutely love Jacket (and the Hotline Miami series in general). Plus, I made an outdated version a year or two ago (you won't find it online, I never posted that one), and I said to myself: "Eh, this looks old, let's remaster it." and so I did ! With that, you'll be able to massacre the entire russian mafia ! Or else, I'm not gonna judge you.

PS: I heavily inspired the skin off the Payday 2 version of Jacket, as it's where we can have a full model of him.
