Once there was a young woman named Mary, she was betrothed to a man named Joseph. She went on a journey to visit her family, while she was there an angel came to her while she was alone. The angle said "Mary, do not be afraid, for the Lord has sent me to deliver this message, the Lord has formed in you a son, formed by the Holy Spirit. You are to call this son Jesus, and He is to rule over the world one day." Then the angel left. When Mary arrived home she was excited to tell Joseph what had happened, but when Joseph saw that she was pregnant he cut off the relationship, for he was a righteous man and did not want to expose her to public disgrace. Then soon after, the same angel came to Joseph and explained the whole thing and told him to still marry Mary and fulfill Jesus' destiny. So they were married, and several months later a roman decree came that all families should go back to their home country to pay their taxes. Since the wife is to go to the husbands homeland they traveled to Bethlehem. As they were nearing Bethlehem Mary started to go into labor, they soon arrived there, but could not find a place to stay, because so many people had traveled there for the taxes. Soon they came to a farmers house and begged for a place, but there was no room, but he said that they could stay in his barn for the night seeing as she was in labor. They went to the barn, and Mary gave birth, they laid him in a feeding trough (also known as a manger) and named him Jesus. We're gonna skip like... hmmm 30somethin' years of his life to get to this point. Jesus then performed many miracles including: raising from the dead, healing the blind, mute, and lame, casted out demons and healed diseases, I'll tell you a couple of his main miracles. As Jesus was walking through a city a woman ran up to him and asked if he could come and save her husband Lazarus, who had been sick for several weeks and was on his deathbed, Jesus agreed and journeyed to his house, but by the time he got there he had already died and had been buried, but Jesus just asked to see the grave. They arrived at the grave, and he went to open it, they warned him he had already been there for several days, and the stench would be terrible, but Jesus went on opened it and called to Lazarus to come out to them. Then a few seconds later Lazarus awoke, rose up and walked out of the grave. That was one of two of his raising from the dead miracles. This next miracle is his very first miracle, not his most impressive but still, it was his first. One day Jesus went to a wedding and everyone was celebrating, drinking and having a good time. But later as the night was coming the servants came to Mary and said the wine has run out and the celebrating has just begun, what should we do?" Mary said to them "Take the empty jars to my son, Jesus, do whatever he says. The servants then took it to Jesus and told him what his mother had said, then Jesus told them to fill them with water then serve it to the Bride and Groom. They did so and when they took it to them they said "For most celebrations they save the bitter wine for last, but you have brought the good wine last." Then all the servants were bewildered at this miracle. So yeah that wasn't the biggest miracle but I have one more I'm gonna tell. Jesus and his disciples were on top of a mountain preaching down to a crowd of over 5,000 men not including the women and children. After they finished their sermon all the people stayed, and the disciples asked what they should do about food for no one had brought food, then Jesus asked the crowd if anyone had some food, and one young boy came up with a small basket only containing 2 fish and 3 loaves of bread, he said it was all he had. Jesus thanked him and took it, held it above his head and prayed over it when he brought it down it was overflowing with food, and by the end of the day everyone had enough to eat with 12 baskets left over. That miracle is just amazing don't you guys think? Well I'm getting to near the stories end, so here goes. Then during Passover Jesus and his disciples were talking and praying, and Jesus said "One of you shall betray me." and all his disciples erupted in argument saying that they were not the one, but Jesus said "You do not know who He is but, this is my last meal with you." Then he went to a mountain to pray, he left 4 of his disciples waiting, when they were traveling back a troop of Roman soldiers stopped them and asked if he was Jesus of Nazareth he said he was, and he saw that Judas Iscariot (One of his disciples) was among them. They then took him into custody and eventually crucified him on a cross, the people even had a choice of him or Barabus, a murderer. But this is want I want you guys to understand, Jesus died for your sin, He died so that your sins would be forgiven. Then three days later he rose again, then a couple months later he ascended into heaven promising one day he would return. But you guys have to know... This is true, I believe it with my whole heart, and if you don't believe you are not going to go up with him when he comes again... So join me, as true believers.
