Plot: Johnny Quick was a part of the supervillain team “Crime Syndicate”, alongside the evil counterparts of the Earth-1 Justice League. At some point, the team has defeated their Earth’s counterpart of the Justice League, commonly known in the comics as “The Legion of Justice”, and have conquered the planet, becoming the ultimate all-ruling dictatorship. This has allowed Johnny Quick to kill every other speedster in his universe, cutting off their use of the Speedforce and therefore absorbing their speed.
