I've worked on this skin for a couple of days, I'm really happy with it, I think I've stepped up a little with shading.
I used MCSkin3D and Minecraftskins for this skin, it turned out really good!

I've seen loads of elfs and I decided to mix'em all. So red and white socks, shoes with pointy toes and a bell, red west, pants etc etc.

I really hope you like this skin, it's this years Christmas skin :)

needs some more hue shifting and a little more contrast. The dark shades are still light and the light shades are to dark.
