This is Rosie, a French bulldog that's tan. It's not a person. As you can see, she's jungle themed, with a bit of shading if your eyes can catch it. There's flowers on her, too, and each and every one got special attention when they were made. (And if you can catch it, parts of her eyes aren't showing-)
She's a crazy pup irl (a friend of mine owns a pup named Rosie) and does plenty of crazy things, including barking all the time and peeing on the floor. I got to meet her once and experience it live!
