A thing that bothers me a little bit about this skin is that the shading clashes with itself. It looks kind of like how dithering clashes, except it doesn't dither. It just clashes. Maybe try to make the shades "softer" (closer in hue to each other). This'll apply more of a soft look. The hardened look you currently have is unappealing to the eyes (you can look at my skins for examples of "soft" shading).
