The thing that I think throws most people off is the feminine eye type. Also, the hair style might be it. Otherwise, I think this is an absolutely lovely skin.

I think people can't tell if it's a boy if you don't change the shading style, but that doesn't mean it's bad :D I've made several guy skins that people have thought were girl skins, just because there was only one pixel below the eyes :P

Looks very nice, but on boy skins I prefer to make the eyes higher. :3 Just my opinion, otherwise very nice skin as always, I adore your shading.
