Biography: After the events of Juuga vs. Orteca, the court has issued an execution for Orteca's crimes for 'murdering' the victims by turning them into Gifftarians. With that, his life had ended by being hung to death. George witnessed his passing and ordered to have Orteca's driver and vistamp handed over to Blue Bird for immediate disposure. After a few hours later, Orteca's body along with his driver and vistamp, went missing. George became bewildered as to who could've take him and his belongings, until he knew the only corporation would do something like this, Foundation X.



A little while later, Orteca wakes up from the dead to see two of Foundation X's scientists overseeing him. Orteca was bewildered to see that he was still alive. One of the scientists, Rando Joseph, had told him that they replaced various parts of his bodies with new parts being reused from pieces of a destroyed Humagear. With that, Orteca was also given back his driver and vistamp. However, there was a price that he didn't know about, where he was sharing a body with another ruthless mind that's bent of making humans extinct.



After his Driver and Vistamp were destroyed by George during another battle between the two, Ark was able to give him the Ark Driver to transform into Kamen Rider Ark-Zero temporarily until a side effect occurred. Orteca became furious with Rando Joseph to explain why he wasn't able to retain the form as lomg because of his human side not being strong enough. So, Rando and Ecole were able to develop a new key that would grant Orteca and Ark the ability to overpower Juuga and obtain their goal by becoming Kame Rider Arkteca.

Do NOT give me credibility, other than adding the helmet and shoulderpad from Kamen Rider Orteca, and retooling the helmet with Ark-Zero's helmet.

What does the transformation look like: Just like Thousand Ark, Orteca would activate the key and insert it into the Ark Driver. After doing so, the transformation into Arkteca would primarily be similar to Ark-Zero but with the ink-type transformation used from Orteca's transformation into their perspective rider form.

What does the finisher look like: When pressing the key inside the Ark Driver.

Sound Origin: The sounds are not based on any previous henshin sounds which makes this a new henshin sound.
