kept the dress simple in shading cuz there really isn’t much folding in the drawings

This is vocaloid LUMi, one of the simplest vocaloid design-wise and so I decided to skin her as a break of sorts lol

hopefully the leg looks like it’s in water, tried to include the weird water inside of the dress

also after staring at the ref pics I realized that the light blue parts of the dress are actually just the skin marks glowing through the fabric which is a pretty nice detail
