Quetzalcoatl, rider class (ruler is pretty different and also not in NA version yet as of this post), from Grand Order and appears in the Babylonia anime

I'm really surprised that there were no skins of her on pmc or on skindex (didn’t check any other sites), but I guess her complicated design is why

also this is in third ascension cuz I wanted to skin the cape to hide the back lol, plus I didn’t have any back references from the game so I had to look at screenshots of the anime to realize she had a braid
