This skin was a pleasure to make and I really like the outcome of it! :D
It's a kendo deshi xp
That is like a sword-fight student :D
I'm not that sure about the oriental martial arts. As I think kendo is just the way of training with sword and it can be pursued in lot of kinds of martial arts. So it can be Chinese or Japanese and things. :D morelikechineseithink
I'm looking forward the Feudal Japan themed skin contest. I guess there will be one since it was in the vote section :D

Haha, as a Chinese person myself, i can tell you that we don't practice Kendo, however, as popular culture and stereotypes have already shown, we too have literally tens, maybe even hundreds of Sword forms and arts too! (: If you'd like a refference image, google 9 Dragons Wu Tang on google images! (:

Oh thats a game.
But I get it and I'm not that unfamiliar with martial arts. But of couse am not even close to knowing everything. I've been doing kungfu for more than a year. It's not much but that the path for knowledge :D

3D ears :D But I think you should make them a darker shade of skin tone, it looks a little akward right now, also, the bottom right part of the ear needs to be the darke, because thats where the hole in your ear is

Since He has a Top Knot, that means his hair is pulled back, in my opinion, 3D ears would look good
