King Llupus Plautus I is the founder of the great city of Llupia, and it's first ruler. He has since passed away, and his daughter, Hannah Plauta, has taken the throne. It is speculated by many historians and scholars that Llupus was an Ulv, which would turn him into a monstrous wolf when the moon was at its fullness, and also had a bastard child outside of his marriage to Queen Avita Plauta. These are rumours, however, and are likely to stay that way until evident proof is found.
