Anyone can use download it, however, not if you are apart of a roleplay server. This skin I made is a character I made, and it's required to have an original skin made that's different and unique to others! I don't mind anyone using it in anyway, they can add clothes if they'd like, however, it's only not free to use if the intention of using it is to use while roleplaying.
