Legend speaks of a man, the father of a celebration known as ‘Christmas’. Yet old stories also tell of another character, usually missed out of the traditional celebration…

Our story begins in the North Pole. Whilst half of the world slept, one man commonly known as ‘Santa’ would deliver all of the Christmas gifts. Yet as he could not do this alone, whilst the other half slept the job was passed to another person, his twin who went by the name of Krampus. Krampus would also Santa in his workshop, crafting presents for those who had been good. However one day, he created one very peculiar present. At first Krampus was not sure exactly what he had made, one half of him told him to destroy the present. The other wasn’t so sure. In panic of what he had done, Krampus hid the present in his sack and forgot about it. A few months later, the Christmas celebrations began. Whilst Santa rested from his job, Krampus delivered the gifts from his sack. But there was something wrong. Every present had been somehow corrupted, spreading terror over millions of households as the evil gifts rained from the sky. To this very day Krampus changed from Santa’s little helper to his dark companion punishing and devouring those who’d dare misbehave…
This, is my version Krampus, the dark companion of Saint Nicholas. His job is to punish the children who misbehave, by taking them in his sack down the his fiery hell lair below. He is a real belief, part of Germanic, Austrian and other European country's traditions.

Hi guys, my name's bethenna, and today I was bored so after hearing about stories of 'Krampus' I decided to make a skin and enter it into the Santa's little helper competition, because he is Santa's little evil helper. I said I wouldn't be posting anything until after Christmas, but oh well! This is only my 2nd skin on pmc and of course I'm no expert skinner, this was just for fun!
