This skin was pretty hard to work with, considering I only had 4 colors to work with (original in-game color palette), and one of them being a super saturated blue; I had to get creative with shading a bit. Unlike Ethan, I couldn't shade the face with a dark blue, so I looked to the original sprite for inspiration and added some white highlights to her face instead.

I intentionally use very little overlay layers on the GBC characters to keep them feeling flat like the original sprites, I only use it in places I think need it. I thought about using the Wide model to keep with that feeling, but I decided not to; Ethan's model is wide though because I like how oversized his sweater is in his original G/S sprite.
