What is this "Kyo Kusanagi-SP", this Kyo makes his appearance in The King Of Fighters '99 Evolution, a revision from the original '99 available on Dreamcast and Playstation 2.

This look of Kyo isn't playable (Yet... I'm working on it to bring it into M.U.G.E.N as a fully playable character) and only is selectable as a Striker (Which that means this Kyo will only appear to give an assistance hit and then he go away).

Interesting enough, this Kyo appearance was almost going to be the final design of the character, but it was scrapped at the final moment, but for SNK they decided to use this outfit into the '99 Evolution revision, and also it makes it's appearances in other minor games and non canon manhuas of KOF.

Trivia: There's another Kyo design in the M.U.G.E.N. community called as "Kyo-SP" but it's wrong, that one is actually called "Another Kyo", which has the same Jacket as Kyo 2003, a T-Shirt with 2 lines and no details in it's back and gloves.
