i like red as a color but in terms of actually working with it in skins, bright red is one of the most difficult colors for me :'))

Oh yeah, I hate working w/ red too, but it's done really well in this skin. For some reason bright reds irl (like on cars and signs) makes me feel ill but I'm fine w/ it on clothes

it's probably somewhat due to the innate associations the human brain makes with the color red (esp when it's really bright). the alert, discomforted reaction people have to red is why it's used on stop signs and similar logic is why bright yellow is used on caution signs, etc. it's a very aggressive color not just naturally but especially with all of the added-on connotations from real-world uses :') sorry, i find color theory and associations very interesting haha;;
