Chloe Price is Max Caulfield's best friend/sidekick and a 19 year old rebel who lives in Arcadia Bay, Oregon.  She hit all the phases- getting expelled from Blackwell Academy, drugs, alcohol, attempting to run away, tattoos, piercings, blue hair, and now rebelling against her stepfather, David Madsen, security guard and paranoid dickhead at Blackwell.
Chloe's other best friend, Rachel Amber, went missing 6 months ago and she and Max are investigating the situation she was in and trying to find her.
