out of curiosity did you ask permission of the original creator if it was ok for you to modify and reupload the skin? the changes look nice tho, i appreciate the fact that you have a highly detailed list of your changes aswell as at least crediting the original author, thats the reason why im not flagging, most ppl change nothing but a few pixels, make it look worse, then reupload and give no credit

you are correct i will immediately ask the owner do you think it would be fine if its stays up till i gets approval...? and if its denied ill take it down :(

honestly that'd be at the discretion of the mods as to whether it can stay up til the original approves, long as you arent flagged you should be fine tho

i do like the changes you did to the skin about as well as the original however.

thank you for pointing this out to me a head of time its just i thought as long as you give credit your fine :P and i also saw another person post the same exact skin with no changed and no credit im still new to all this but Ive asked the owner

if you see a skin which is the exact same as another skin yet has no credit to the original flag the one with the new post date and in the report give a link to what you believe is the original, there are many skins like this out there. i only flag when someone tries to take credit for the whole skin as opposed to only taking credit for some changes to one as you did
