This skin is inspired by 18th century fashion and the work of Élisabeth Louise Vigée Le Brun.
Élisabeth Louise Vigée Le Brun (1755 – 1842) also known as Madame Lebrun or Madame Le Brun, was a prominent French portrait painter of the late eighteenth century. Vigée Le Brun created a name for herself in Ancien Régime society by serving as the portrait painter to Marie Antoinette.
One of my favorite 18th century painters because of her bright and airy portraits! I learned about her in my art history classes and I thought this was a perfect time to teach people about her.
