Name: Luke Frederson
Age: 17
Birth place: Czech Republic
Looks: Green eyes, Messy Blond hair, Heigh: Small for his age (Oka decided the exact size ;D)
Personality: shy, serious, cute, nerdy, friendly, loyal, over sensitive, dramatic, smart, fast
Notes: underestimated for his size, is innocent and cute, acts nerdy, but is not really like that, spends much of his time at the gym or reading, is a part time athlete, wears reading glasses, is very neat and organized, is good with Languages, he is rich maybe
Backstory: Luke and his family (aka his parents, cause he is only son :P) moved to (where ever Oka's story takes place) for his father's company a few weeks ago, they live now in an apartment building in the center of (insert name here). He was living with his Uncle and Aunt until they moved because of his mothers sickness and his father's job (the company taking most of the time his dad had), it was hard for Luke to adapt to his new home and life, and is not very easy going with his past life. He has a hard time making friends because he's small, he is from Check Republic, and looks weird, but don't mess with him, or you will get the lawyer on your face, blowing you up with facts and arguments
