Ruling a bronze city with lights and colors everywhere, immense GDP, heavy pollution, and wealthy people, the Luminous Tyrant will not show a single sign of clemency. Seriously! Don't make eye contact with this dude. He can be pretty imposing but also just sits around, and does nothing sometimes. But still, he is very strict about this, and that, and blah blah, and strangely rules rich and lazy people who just do whatever. This skin is also a test to see how good I am at lighting!

The lighting caused a lot of stress so I couldn't really decorate the skin adding the fact that there would be no space to do so. Whatever, WORTH IT.
