On a website called Nova Skin. First upload your skin by droping it on to the page. Next, on the right hand side there should be a bar, usally with an ad or two on it. Then on the top of the bar there should be some white buttons, click the "gif" button. Lastly, click the circle-arrow thingy and then click the green arrow. Then *BAM* gif spinning thingy is on your cumputer and you're done!
