This is Maleficent from Disney's Sleeping Beauty.
One of my favorite (if not favorite) villain in the Disney universe. This wicked gal puts a curse on a baby just cause she wasn't invited to the christening. OUCH Mal has been every child's nightmare since 1959 and since then has been the face of the Disney Villains line, the main villain in park shows like Fantasmic and Dream Along With Mickey, and now most notably her own film where she is played by Angelina Jolie.
