I have attempted to make a master hand skin in Minecraft. it didn't really turn out as I expected. But i have gotten all the details down, like the vanishing cuff of his hand and the five fingers (the pinkie seems unnoticable, but it's the weird looking right hand finger.)

Made the Master hand finger body, where the fingers connect to. also, i improved the quality of the fingers.
*gave master hand a hunchback. lol
*there are now textures under the finger outlines so that they are thicker and make a more..."stretched" look.
