this is the true form of master chief, he went back in time with Cortana and arived on the timelords home planet........
after a few years he began to forget who he was and the timelords tought he was one of them, they made him timelord. now he is between the moment of doing his armor of when he remembers...
just pretend he is timelord (it's quite hard to make one)
