this character is from the show Card Fight Vanguard as one of the many card used by Misaki in her Oracle think tank deck I've based it off the card and the show appearances not that he talks though.

anyway seeing as how I don't skin that much if someone could tell me something to skin for them I'd be more then happy to help out.
