Thanks! And sure, I'll give you a basic jist of it. Get paint.net, or any other basic "photoshop" program, use the color around the area you want the glow you radiate off, and slowly brighten the color of the surrounding pixels, then do the next ring, but dimmer, and so on until you think it looks right.
