with this being my first skin, i figured i may do a bit of a random project that was still easy yet still complex at the same time!
i'm completely new to the skinning and texturing, so please do not ask for something extremely complex and all that (also please keep in mind i am a bit of a perfectionist and it's not easy for me to get things "just right" in my eyes.)

motivation for this project:
The Missing No. from the original Pokemon Games. Since Missing No. was such a huge deal back then when it was just the original Pokemon Blue, Red, and Yellow versions that were out at the time and all, I figured I'd base this skin off it!
