Morbius was during a time Lord president of the High Concil of Gallifrey, but ended up to intsall a dictatorship. Morbius was later executed by the sisterhood of the flame on planet Karn for his crimes. Morbius seen his brain(s) saved from the destruction of his boby by a human scientist. This scientist late created a new body for Morbius can return re-taking power on all Time Lords.

Morbius lost against the Time Lord knowns as "The Doctor" in a mindbending constest, and this body was destroy falling from the edge of a high cliff
