This is based off my old World of Warcraft role playing warlock. She was a black dragon under the guise of a Worgen Warlock. This is her human form. 

Made it for myself but I see no reason why I shouldn't upload it for others to use if they want XD

I may make a worgen version eventually, when I get their faces down.
